Dr. Liu Youchang is the Senior Technical Services Manager for Amlan China. He received his Ph.D. from Osaka Prefecture University in Japan and has over 30 years of experience working in R&D, researching the diagnosis, prevention and control, immunomechanisms and vaccines for infectious diseases in animals. Dr. Liu comes to Amlan from previous roles in the animal health industry acting as a high-level Technical Services and Business Manager.
